Dear Mr. MacDonald,
▲ enclose a letter of introduction from Lord Horder and shall be very grateful if you will allow me to come and see you in order to discuss a matter which has arisen in connection with the Hong Kong Lugenics League which is a Branch of this Association. 1 understand that Sir Geoffrey Northcote is already in communication with the Colonial Office in the matter and I am told that Sir Geoffrey would be glad if Dr. Nixon, late President of the Hong Kong Eugenics League and former Rockefeller Fellow of Gynaecology and Obstetrics in the university of Hong Kong, could explain to you one or two points about this matter.
Mr
C. D. Forrest of the Hong Kong Civil Service and Dr. Yeo of the Hong kong Medical Department would like to accompany Dr. Nixon and myself if you are good enough to see us and if you have no objection. i think we need only take up about fifteen minutes of your time and we shall be most grateful if you can spare us this.
Yours sincerely,
Kayout Pyke
Hon. Secretary.
